standard delivery fee is $50.00
orders inside of 3 business days are subject to availability
orders less than 50 guests will incur a $150.00 delivery fee
orders outside of the hours of 8:30 AM and 4:30 PM are subject to 20% service charge and an after hours delivery fee of $200.00
